A family-run, artisanal company, far from industrial dynamics, based in Pianella (PE), in the heart of the so-called “Golden Triangle” of olive oil production in Abruzzo, the Green Region of Europe. Led by Marina and Emanuele—tireless workers of the land—and by Massimiliano, an olive oil expert and fourth-generation olive grower, the company manages over 80 hectares of land with 18,000 cultivated trees.

We farm using organic, biodynamic, and integrated methods, adopting regenerative and soil-conserving techniques and employing biodynamic preparations, because we firmly believe that “we are what we eat.” As Grandpa Emauretto used to say, “we are only guardians of these centuries-old trees: we must respect them, care for them, and pass them on even more beautiful to the next generations.”
